HomeState is a Texas Kitchen in Southern California that shares breakfast tacos, queso, brisket, house-made flour tortillas, and genuine hospitality. In 2013, Briana "Breezy" Valdez founded HomeState in Los Angeles to share her Texas identity through food and hospitality. Frontier needed to facilitate and strategize the opening of two locations in 2023. Developing two simultaneous locations provided challenges, and accurate documentation was critical. We successfully opened the two locations on time and, with full approval from the health department, further expanding Breezy's dream of sharing her Texas identity through food and hospitality. We are confident we will open more locations through this cultivated relationship.
