Earth Bowl offers a customizable experience; allowing guests to build their creations. Frontier needed to facilitate the swift approval of new locations for an emerging chain of quick-service superfood bowls. The challenge was streamlining the process by providing architects with the necessary backgrounds and design advice, ultimately securing rapid approval from the health department. We successfully avoided the requirement for an entirely separate set of foodservice drawings, which resulted in a more efficient and seamless path to opening new locations for the quick-service bowl chain.
