Our mission was to partner with the owners, learn the Simply Salad business, and rework the plans so that Simply Salad could open 3-4 stores per year with equipment and custom stainless that is just right for their needs. 

The challenge was to achieve the level of excellence, precision, and repeatability that the owners wanted in the design and execution.

We are so proud of the outcome of each Simply Salad, but our two most recent openings, Cerritos and Torrance, have been our smoothest projects to date…without compromising any of the values.
