Bicyclette is a Parisian-inspired restaurant from Chefs Walter and Margarita Manzke, featuring the best of Paris’ bistro culture and California’s fresh ingredients. The bistro resides in a building that houses two restaurants: Bicyclette below, and their Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant Manzke above. Once we upheld our commitments to completion, we continued to provide chef support for years. The challenge was ensuring sustained dedication and assistance beyond the formal agreement period. We were so committed to supporting the chefs' needs that we developed a lasting partnership characterized by ongoing assistance and commitment to their success.
