Saffy’s is a Middle Eastern restaurant rooted in traditional flavors and executed using modern techniques. We upgraded an existing foodservice operation, elevating it to the standards of an industry-leading chef and his team. The need was fitting right-sized custom solutions with quick buy-out options to create a robust kitchen in a tiny space. We were able to produce a compact yet highly efficient kitchen that met the highest culinary standards. The kitchen at Saffy's is an optimized workspace that maximized productivity and functionality in limited dimensions. We continue to support and maintain Saffy's kitchen.
