The Golden Road Anahiem Brewpub is located right across from Angel Stadium. Over 30 taps line the inside bar, showcasing newly crafted innovations directly on-site in the Anaheim brewery. Frontier needed to create custom, on-the-fly designs to upgrade the existing kitchens, ensuring they could meet the increased volume demand. We needed to dynamically adapt and enhance the kitchen to accommodate the new requirements. The newly implemented pizza ovens, combi ovens, upgraded refrigeration, and storage solutions solved their need to meet the increased volume and equipped Golden Road with state-of-the-art facilities to optimize efficiency.
